PCO Leader Academy Agreement

The outlines the understanding and agreeement between;

and Action Leadership, regarding PCO Leader Academy. It is designed to be a communication tool that clearly confirms the commitment of both parties regarding time, materials, costs, and expectations of each participant.

Expectations:

Participants: Each participant will complete the assigned weekly content (3-5 minute video and workbook questions - 15-20 minutes) before each monthly Group meeting and amek every effort to not schedule other commitments curing the agreed-upon Group meeting schedule.

Action Leadership: Schedule calendar invites for all participants. Provide monthly email to participants with upcoming assignments and meeting reminders. Conduct monthly 1-hour Zoom/Teams calls for the group. Provide email updates to Company leadership after each category is completed (9 catergories).

Day and Times:

Day and time TBD once group has 8 participants. The day and time should be consistent each month (for example, the 3^rd Tuesday of each month at 10:00am CST). Every effort will be made to maintain the same schedule throughout the commitment, but changes can occur if necessary.

Length of Commitment: Introduction + 18-months

Fees & Terms:

Participant Fee: $6000 per participant.

Terms: Net 15 days to be paid by check, ACH or Credit Card.

Upon completion of the PCO Leader Academy, client may continue to access the content for a monthly subscription based on user count. PCO Leader Academy is intended to be a train the trainer program.
